The Board of Directors of Versatech Industries Inc. incorporated Versatech Charitable Foundation Inc. December 29th, 1987 as a public foundation. The Foundation's charity registration number is 11928 3505 RR0001.

Mission statement:

"To create opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities"

Purpose:
The purpose of the organization is to gift funds to qualified donees, as described in paragraphs 110 (1) (a) or (b) of the Income Tax Act of Canada which provide services for people with intellectual disabilities within the Province of Manitoba and in furtherance of such purposes, to acquire by purchase, lease, devise, gift and otherwise, title to any lands, buildings, easements or property of any description which may be used in connection therewith.

The articles of incorporation provide that the Corporation has no authorized capital and shall be carried on without pecuniary gain to its members, and any profits or other accretions to the Corporation shall be used in furthering its undertaking.

Source of funds:
Versatech Charitable Foundation Inc.'s only source of funds is donations or gifts from individuals or businesses.
